Bubo keeps answering. Every plan lets you run up to 50% past its minutes and its messages, billed at that plan’s own rate — €0.59 a minute on Hello, €0.49 on Starter, €0.44 on Growth, €0.39 on Scale. Beyond that we move you up a plan instead of letting the bill keep climbing, because by then the next plan is cheaper than the overage. The call estimates assume a typical 1.5–2 minute call, so longer calls mean fewer of them.
€149, once, and it covers training Bubo on your business — your menu, your hours, your rules, your integrations. Stay a year and it is on us: pay it at the start and we credit it back at twelve months, or commit to twelve months when you sign up and pay nothing now. Leave before the year is up and it appears on your final invoice.
14 days on the phone assistant, and no card is charged before it ends. The reservation dashboard is free for six months on every plan, separately.
Yes — free on every plan for your first 6 months, counted from the day you start. After that it’s €49/month, and we’ll notify you in advance before anything changes.
Yes, all plans include 2 languages of your choice as standard. Need more? Additional languages are €29/month each.
