Careers

Come and build Bubo with us.

We are a small team in the Netherlands, building a phone assistant that real businesses put on their own phone line. Whatever is open is below. If none of it fits, send a general application.

Open roles

Sales Executive

NetherlandsFull-time or part-time · remote possible

Own the whole commercial process, on the phone, and close on the call. Dutch market, fast decisions, leads that arrive by themselves.

How we work

Small, remote-friendly

A small team based around Haaksbergen, NL. Remote and hybrid both work.

Direct, no bureaucracy

Small enough that your work reaches real customers fast, not a queue of approvals.

Built on what actually works

We'd rather ship the honest, simpler version than the impressive-looking one.

General application

Tell us who you are and what you're good at. We'll reach out if something opens up that fits.
